Spicy Jhalmudi Recipe
2 cups puffed rice
1 onion
1 tomato
1 boiled potato
1 tsp cumin powder
tsp masala chili powder
salt as required
1/4 tsp black salt
1 handful coriander leaves
2 handfuls roasted peanuts
2 handfuls roasted gram
11/2 tsp mustard oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 green chilies
3 tbsp shredded coconut
How to make Spicy Jhalmuri

To make Spicy Jhalmuri, first of all wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. You can take onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves and green chilies to mix in puffed rice.

Add a handful of peanuts, roasted gram, chopped boiled potatoes and coconut pieces and lemon juice to the vegetables. Toss it well. Mix puffed rice in all the ingredients and mix well.
